Your house has a lot to say. Give it one place to say it.
HomeDataPort keeps everything about a home together: the breaker panel directory, where the water and gas shut off, appliance serials and warranties, filter sizes, paint colors, permits, inspection reports and plans. When an inspector, the city or a buyer needs it, they plug in, but only with your OK.
What goes in a HomeDataPort
The stuff you look for once a year and can never find.
The "port" part
One house record. Many people who need a piece of it.
Today a home's information is scattered across a junk drawer, a city records office, an old email from the builder and a sticker inside the panel door. HomeDataPort is being built so the house carries its own record, and the homeowner decides who can plug in and what they see.
- Owner-controlled. Nothing is shared until you grant it, and you can revoke it.
- Role-based. An inspector doesn't need your appliance serials. A buyer doesn't need your utility account number.
- Goes with the house. Hand the record to the next owner at closing instead of a shoebox.

Early access
Be first to plug your house in.
HomeDataPort isn't live yet. It's being built by a residential structural engineer who's seen how hard it is to find a house's drawings, permits and history when they matter.
